Cost is $16 per month per unit managed for eviction services, which Agent agrees to pay legal fees and court costs in connection with an Unlawful Detainer Action for all tenants placed in the property by Specialized. Additionally, should the tenant request and be granted a jury trial for the Unlawful Detainer Action or writ of possession, or if the tenant appeals the court’s decision, the Owner agrees that Agent will not be responsible to pay any costs incurred to litigate this case. This fee also covers the filing costs for a writ of possession, but does not include the set-out costs, should that be necessary
